A non-scandalous way to regen stress/energy would make cash the most powerful asset in the game by far. That's not a situation I want to create.

if your Clout Tier 4 how do you post stickies?
You need to be CT3+, and you use the sticky buitton next to the post button. If you don't see a button and you're using firefox: use a different browser.

ok so I've got 31% stress and 31 energy but for some reason I can't vote for or against the a certain bill. Am I missing something?
Do you mean vote in a committee, or play abilities on a bill? Voting in committees has no restrictions, but you can only vote once/per. Playing abilities on bills can be restricted due to a filibuster, or if it's a bill from a brand-new user.

what does "ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED: Dreaming In Digital" mean?
It means you unlocked an achievement. Look at yourself (you can click your name on the status page, or most anywhere else it appears to do this), then mouse over the achievement to see why you got it.

No piece of equipment at a similar cost and the same tier/slot is strictly better than any other. This is by design. In fact, I believe those two items are identical/near identical in stats and are only different to allow for a male/female style of dress.

Not unless you do it via Kongregate. I have plans to add some sort of messaging feature, as well as the ability to crony people who are not your kongregate friends (or facebook friends, for the facebookers).
so if I take some campaign contributions does it count towards a scandal or anything illegal?
Not exactly. You only lose CSP for campaign contributions if you take one outside party lines. In that case it's sort of like an "instant scandal". But if you take contributions to introduce stuff you'd support anyway, nobody bats an eye.

if I may make a suggestion stress should decrease at a faster rate. I'm trying to play this game without taking drugs lol
CT2 gives more options for energy use with less stress generation. Though, remember there's always interns and hookers if you're just trying to stay away from drugs!

Maximum Wage, not minimum. It was established in-game a while back by the socialist party. And yes, you will lose constituent support for acting outside of party lines. For doing it occasionally, the loss is meaningless... but it effectively makes it so that it's in your best interest to usually debate in alignment with your party.

@coolybtb500, yeah. I can see everyone else posting in the chatbox, some people have even tried to talk to me. So I go to time something, and than hit enter but nothing happens. Is there another button you hit to send your chat reply because its not working for me. I'm at a loss
I'm having problems using the in game chatbox. Can anyone help me out? Other than that this games great except for older players ganging up on me lol
