I'm giving this game 2/5. Remove the limited retries, remove the "healing system", which makes little sense other than to annoy the player by adding senseless micromanagement, and I'd readily give this 4/5.

I feel the need to defend this game. Yes, it is a freemium game, but most decent players can get far without paying a dime. Furthermore, do you all really expect developers to work for free? As for the game itself, I believe that it shows promise. It's fun, but there needs to be an option to start muted and the skills needs to be buffed or the amount of skill levels lowered. As it is, it's too much of a grind to upgrade the guns. And there are some balancing issues, particularly regarding the bears. Overall, however, it's a pretty good game in its genre and I'm giving it 3/5 now, but I would raise that if the game is improved.

Am I the only one suffering a constant lack of soldiers?

I'd like to have a word with the monkey who keeps removing my spikes between turns.

I'd give it a 10 if I could.

I like the game, but it would be even better with a max/min button in the attack section, for easy reinforcement up of the zombie army.

I don't really see where the improvements are compared to your standard MMO game.
