The game was great the story I like it, how many TD games have a story?. I suggest a target priority button or menu. It'd be a great idea to control your units :)

Well Killing the collosus was the hardest part, Try using hordes of hobits and/or goblins and some units with magic attack, use an Epic unit like the Angel, the meteor spell lvl 2 is very useful. Use your mana With winsdom. :)
