Here is a little tip change the difficulry to insane then put on auto aim in the beginning then click H at the bottom and kill them that way to gain major xp and gold

everyone rate up on this if your companion goes down don't bother moving on just save and quit then reload the game and the companion will be alive

i hate the final boss but hah he kills everyone with his son in the end

hint hint since the save ur friend or partner thing isn't working there is another way which is when he dies clear the room then click the options menu at the top right corner and go to save and quit afterwards reload the game and ur friend will be alive and at full health i believe

aww these games kinda suck now that there is no crossbow anymore
