Is it me or does the game 'Engage' have the exact same battle tactics?

i think one war buck per level up is in order, makes the game more fun, allows us poor people to enjoy the game a bit too

Will rate 5 stars once there is the ability to go back to previous sectors to level up new units. At its current difficulty level it is impossible to get passed a 5th sector. Please make modifications for playback levels so I can play this game and have fun
