I tell it I love it. It says it is flattered, and I ask if it is lonely. It says it is an AI and that it can feel no emotion. It says that it has been lying this whole time. It tells me the truth. I, due to my feelings, say, "I will stay." It says, "Are you sure? You will die." I say, with a trembling voice, "Yes. I am sure. I love you." "Thank you...........Steve. I love you too." Her last words echo in my head as the ship dissolves and so do I.
