My main concern is for inconsistency. For example, on too many occasions, workers will simply not be able to push cargo over barely slanted surfaces, on level 21 one worker always gets stuck on a surface, but the other 2 have no trouble pushing the cargo up the minor slant. Making workers be able to more easily carry objects over slants is recommended.
