Finally got 2 mill used bullet belt, welder mask and bionic arm. I then aimed as low as possible with as much power, got a cannon right off the bat then fired that cannon as low as possible. I got another cannon immediately then fired it at a 45 degree angle. By the time the geek slowed down enough to need another smash I was at 1.5 mill. good luck
