Personally, I feel as though the game is just as much about the choices you make in life, as to whether you listen and learn from others past mistakes or purposely choose not to and enjoy learning from your own, as it about not knowing the outcome of either. Someone who loves you doesn't necessarily intend to hurt you, but that doesn't mean they understand your situation as well as you do. It's up to you to make informed decisions in your life because the one who will be most affected is you and you only get one chance.
