I have to say that I am really enjoying this game. Not only does it have very solid gameplay (incorporating just the right amount of chance), but the writing and characters in the game are fantastic as well. Particularly, I enjoyed the nicknames that survivors gain based on their actions as the game progresses (a character who accidentally shoots his eye out gains the appellation of "cyclops", for example). At least, I assume the aforementioned soldier gained his namesake when his gun misfired. The customization of the town, entertaining writing, and enthralling gameplay are all the more impressive given the fact that this is indeed a free flash game. I hope that this continues to receive the recognition that it deserves and that you continue to make top notch games such as this. Now, I'm off to continue rebuilding my town.
