Several achievements bugged out on me and won't complete. Very frustrating, the fact that I know I did them just isn't as satisfying.

Level progress saved, but achievement progress didn't. This makes getting the last badge annoying as hell. 1/5.

Would love a 2 slice guide for level 14. Stuck at 55% for 1862% overall. Very frustrating having 40 "gold" scores and not getting the badge.

Trick to the 30k (Assuming you have decent starting gold): First buy two ship upgrades, the level 4 loot, the level 3 flag, and the level 2 loot. Your goal is to max loot and magnet while still being somewhat offensive. Next you'll need to save 2k gold to swap out the level 2 loot for the level 4 flag (You do get a small refund for selling the loot). When you can, buy the 2k ship and the level 4 weapon. This will be your set up until you reach the final boss. When you do you'll want to sell the level 4 loot and buy level 4 sails so that you can dodge like crazy. Beat that last boss. Buy the last ship upgrade, sell the sails, buy back the loot, and buy the level 2 flag. The goal here is to be as offensive as possible while still keeping loot maxed. When you reach the "last" boss for the second time sell the level 2 flag and buy the level 4 sails again. Afterwards sell the sails and buy the flag again (Old set up). You'll need to gather about 4k loot here to make it. Good luck!

Last boss is immune to magic damage. Would have been nice knowing that before I built my champion as a mage. So lame to let us customize our character only to have certain customizations be worthless. 1/5

Is the Hard badge broken? I've gotten to the challenges room past the credits and gotten gold on all the levels that don't have the bonus stars. On the ones with the bonus star getting the star doesn't do anything but cut to the score screen where it freezes...

For the level 16 epic challenge, it is all a matter of using shield to get strong melee units up to the boss. Units at his feet will not be hit by his attack. Use both melee heroes and the wizard, the fire lord, the angel, the dragon, were-tigers, valkyries, and mighty guardians. If you need cash to upgrade these (and shield+heal) to max level, repeat the level 13 challenge on hard or epic. Use shield intelligently to keep units alive while they cross the "killing field" and get up to the enemy's feet. You may need to heal the units up there once or twice if smaller units manage to do significant damage to them. + if this is useful.

How the hell is it possible to get the gold star for time on level 5? Even speed running it I'm getting bronze... I think the arbitrary 2 minute limit is impossible.

No luck is involved. You can determine how high/far you jump by how long you press the jump button. No combination is impassable unless you hit multiple crates in a short time span.
RazorRaptor9 it is an engine from one of the aircraft flying overhead. It gets blown off in the battle that's destroying the city and crash lands in your path. Watch Donnie Darko. Same thing.

It would be a great game if there weren't impassable scenarios. The that thing crashing from the sky can be unavoidable or force you to fall in a gap depending on where it falls in relation to other jumps. 1/5 as is.

Too short to be enjoyable. Having to start over with base weapons, no upgrades, etc for episodes 2 and 3 is kind of lame.
