I love that game but there is a bug that i don't understand yet : when i send gifts to my friends, the quest does'nt take it in account, and the quest remains at 0/5 , why?

I would like the game to stay mute when I play it an press "M" , but each time I restart the game, there is sound, could you fix up this please ( sorry if there are mistakes, I'm a french guy)?
