Good stuff! I think this is the first launch game since Burrito Bison Revenge II that I've actually liked. It's short, but that's not really a problem; actually it's good, because it doesn't overstay its welcome. Nice work!

Very retro. Some of the sound effects reminded me of Link's Awakening for the GB, and it doesn't get toooo too much more retro than that!

That is my favorite LOZ from the entire franchise. Thanks for the comment!

S**t. Even a 'Retry Day' feature would be better, and would be so easy to implement. I'm going to give this one more try, and then I'm done. I just lost because I tabbed away for a moment thinking the game was waiting for me to click to proceed when it was on a (hidden) timer, which is intensely annoying for a browser Flash game. This game isn't a bad concept, but there are some very annoying UI issues that would be simple to fix.

WHAT THE **** **** **** DOES EVERYONE MEAN BY THE 'SNAIL' LEVEL? Will someone please explain? Give a level number or something!
Forget this s**t. 15 points is NOT worth playing this horrible excuse for a game. The physics system is terrible, clicking is imprecise, and a lot of the puzzles make no sense. Sorry, 1/5.
Down with capitalist oppression! Sleep is a biological necessity and a human right! D:<

I'm going to be brutally honest here: I thought ITCOM was pretty bad. It had a simple and unoriginal mechanic, its writing was a bit pretentious, and I saw the 'twist' ending coming a mile away. I absolutely love your games and your writing, but that was by far my least favorite of the bunch. This game, on the other hand, is unquestionably brilliant. I'm only halfway through, but the mechanics are interesting and highly original, the writing is both entertaining and insightful, and the premise is beautifully realized in the way you join the story with the level design. On a technical level, you turned what is essentially a series of escort missions into something fun and enjoyable, which is so amazing that I'm surprised every single comment doesn't mention it, and I have yet to encounter a single stage that either overstays its welcome or presents an unfair challenge. Even though I'm not done yet, I have to take my hat off to you. Magnificent work.

Big design issues. The aiming reticule and the player ship are very hard to see against the background, and the visual effects frequently cover up enemies and distract the eye from the important things going on.

Short, fun, and amusing. Not much to it, but for a Ludum Dare entry, I'd say it's quite sufficient. Kept me occupied for half an hour, at least. Oh, and... :D

Purely as a concept, this is fantastic, and could be expanded into a positively brilliant game. Please, please, PLEASE do something a little bit bigger with this concept, and I promise that with good enough writing you will have a classic on your hands.

Well crap. I didn't make any mistakes, but I must have took a while, because I only got 166 on my first try... >_>

Oh, foul play. I had to go through three synonyms before I got the exact word you wanted. Better parsing, please. Otherwise, awesome game idea. :\
Bloody hell. Stumped on 55 because I don't know the word for that shape. I am visualizing it just fine, but I haven't the foggiest what it's called. :\
Not bad. Time travel plots are hard to write, but I think you may have managed it. Congratulations!

"YOU HAVE DIED. but it's okay."

@theNickyboy: Actually, despite the top-down perspective it resembles the second Zelda game more, with the leveling system, health and magic meter styles, and so on.

Controls are pretty bad. Otherwise it's an unremarkable PlatformHell platformer. Maybe a bit too repetitive. The only challenge I'm having is fighting the awful, terrible WASD/Arrow control scheme. Why would you EVER make 'up' 'jump' in a platformer? It's awful. 2/5.

Great game idea. Have you considered copying the AI from the original Pac-Man? I think it's fairly easy to find analyses of the different ghosts' behaviors online.

This game is positively charming. Did you get your kid to do the voices? Its controls are no better (or worse) than any of your other games, but getting to slay evil monsters with the mighty voice of a five-year old was such an endearing experience that I couldn't help but enjoy it. Plus, Zelda II doesn't get *nearly* enough imitators; for all its flaws it provides a model for action-RPG games that ought to get more attention. 4/5.
