How do you unlock the 4th tab of components? The one after fuel cells, then heat components, then Protium cells. I've prestiged a few times but haven't seen a way to unlock that part yet.

Level 13 is terribly designed, way too many ways for the truck to get stuck forcing you to restart the level again.

Anyone got any tips for campaign mission #9? I'm finding it really hard to gain a foothold on the first island.
