the sad thing of the event, last barely enough to complete the feats and quests, and you don't have much time else to take advantage of the boosts

besides giving a special ability, full set should give an additional boost to skills, they are practically unbearable otherwise since they are around 10 to 15 points lower in skill points that a character with all slots equipped
