its not stolen, raiden x is a fan game it can't be stolen because the person who made it under your standards "stole" it from seibu kaihatsu. It cannot be stolen because it's a fan game of raiden 1 & 2 itself. I don't understand why there would be a discussion on raiden X specifically seeing as it was copied from the original arcade game raiden.
