I just cannot break the mud wall :(

HELP!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!! The game requires Firefox , OK got it, then it requires Adobe, OK , got everythig , but now I back to where I started , because the game wants me to download Firefox while I'm opening it from Firefox , what the . is going on??

When i open the backpack i cannot see anything , but when I get my cursor over where things in the invertory should be placed, their names appear. And I use Chrome
