I'm not sure if there's a run 4 going to be released. I want on a site called crazy games and I searched run 4 and they said: Run 4 is an upcoming action game with jumping and running elements. How long can you keep running? Find out in Run 4, the sequel of Run 3. Do not fall into space or you lose and have to restart the level! Run 4 has not been released yet. We will update this page as soon as it is.

That website has nothing to do with the development of this game or any sequels. They're either confused, or making things up. Also, while there is a planned sequel, calling it "Run 4" would lead to more confusion, so I'll find something else to call it.
