Finally finished it; the final quest "Save Our People" in which you must kill the Shadow Lord is found in the northernmost Alliance Camp after you've done every alliance quest and got all 4 heartstones. The Shadow Lord is in the southeastern square of the red region.

I hit 18k with withdrawal at level 26. Speed Biological ftw.. Won't give me the Mayor Badge though..

okay I take my last comment back; They worked perfectly until my firefox started to crash and the game became incredibly laggy. So I jacked back up to 10. He should just fix the game.

I found out how I can save it again. You need to downgrade your flashplayer to 9. It doesn't work with 10. Saves and loads perfectly for me.

Jesus christ I played for 2 hours yesterday now it hasnt got my save. Screw this game.

Everybody saying there's a bug on first day I think it works like this. They wont pay over 0.5 because you have no popularity yet. Thus over time you can raise it as you get popular. I'm earning 1,935 a day at $5 ea.
