Well I got some really strange looks when I started laughing maniacally at school destroying toasters, great game I loved it 5/5.

Abra, it would be wise to get rid of the 1hp achievement, or very quickly the only people you'll have playing this game are hunters, not many of those.

it'd be awesome if you could get class specific items, like for example pally armor could increase your heals as well as your stats (just an example), even if it were only the epic or whatever armors that did it. 5/5

if you ever make a sequel to this (which you definitely should), then you should get rid of the buccaneers being able to attack you if your a buccaneer and instead increase the amount that the other guild will chase you down, and vice versa, also you should make it so that you don't always get the same amount of coin each day from the same city, change the price that you can sell things at a city at, like a kind of rise and fall in the market price. it'd make the game more fun and realistic and also more of a gamble which would make this game from a 5/5 to a 10/10.

I can think of a couple things that can improve this game (although it's already awesome), firstly more classes, maybe...mage, ranger and warrior and maybe have some kind of dungeon system to get either really good items or lots of gold (or both), also a way to revive pets would be awesome cause mine keep dying.

this is a great game, i actually played this for a couple hours more than i should have (i wanted to be an attending) but i have a suggestion for the next one, stuff should be in alphabetical order symptoms and diseases, cause i and probably lots of other people on here are really thorough so we'll go through every list looking for say...dyspnea and it just takes a long time, but i loved the game and i learnt a lot from it. 5/5
