How do I disable the "I believe you can fly" upgrade? It slows me down and gets me less distance instead of helping me! What a waste of a million bucks!

Ok, I got it, go to stats & skills, then invest one skill point on pushing rocks. It's right next to the money collector skill.

I also have the push manual and don't know how to use it. The "use/equip" button is greyed out when I select it.

I'm at Sword Mastery 3, Strength 8, and I still have not seen ANY improvement in the damage I deal. My attack damage is still 1-3, the same as when I started out.
