@adremex: 'Vox Populi, vox Dei' is best translated as voice of the people is the voice of God, which is generally taken to mean that the popular opinion is right (as it coincides with God's own opinion). I assume that the meaning in the title has to do with the werewolves' dominance, which is taken to be 'evil'. Therefore, the voice of the people, is not actually the voice of God. It's a subversion/protestation of the concept described in the phrase.
