I figured it out, I'm experiencing a glitch where you can not upgrade already triumphant swords.

I did some testing and found once you do have a triumphant you need to upgrade crafting quite a lot to get a Legendary sword to replace it. If you feel the need to replace one sooner, try Scrapping the old triumphant with Alt + Clicking the sword. This will scrap it for a new sword.
I am still failing infinitely on my sword upgrades. The patch is nice though.

I'm experiencing a glitch where (upon upgrading) my swords just fail infinnitely.
Please send me an exact cop of your stats in an Inbox and I will mimic your progress on a test version and fix this asap!

How do you "complete" Naxx, I've done the quest and stayed there for quite a while and it did not give me the achievement.

Warlocks... The Siphon Life skill, when (10/10) implies .8% drainage of the CASTERS health per second. However it is taking .8% of the enemies for some reason.
I would love a Dark Knight class!!

There seems to be a a problem with the algorithm for Priests' Shadow Word: Pain. It says the monster will take .8% intellect damage per point, at the moment my priest's intellect is 45 and .8% of 45 is not 1 which is the amount of damage it is causing, in addition to that I also have 2 points invested in it. A fix of this issue would be greatly appreciated.
.8% of 45 is less than 1. It rounds up for you.

The achievement seems not to count, I've beaten all 15 levels and it is saying I'm stuck at 14.
