when it say that only "level 2" uppgrades can be used i guess it means uppgrades above level 2 will not be there but in their walkthrous they use more then level 2 so whats up with that?

On campaign modes all upgrades can be used, on the challenges....not all upgrades can be used, check each stage rules please.
