Is something bugged with the Tier 2 guest perks? I have them all maxed on T1, but I dont seem to be getting anymore skill points to add in.

Deacon, you only get additional points if you get a higher score than previously. So say you had 1004 on a run, and then you get 1014 you only get an increase of 10 points total.
