I don't understand these upgrades with red label, like if it doubles your chooper rps, so it doubles chooper rps which i have now from it or it permantly doubles rps which chooper provides?

The red label works on the number you have right now, green label is permanent and update its value as the number change. Using your example and the barracks as an example of green label (they work the same way), that red label will double the value you have at the moment while the barracks bonus on the other hand updates itself giving the percentage as the number grows from the red labeled research. I hope it helps :)

help someone! when i start fight in zone 5 vs felicity my game is stopped.she doing nothing and i can't do anything.i refresh web and try again and it's nothing.help people! i can't beat the game cuz f**k**ng felicity is doing nothing. ^^
