This isn't a good game. Seriously, it becomes obvious quickly how money hungry you are. I would ask you to fix your game, but how likely will that work?

You need to increase the power of equipment, make it drop more often, make it of more variety, and completely balance the game.

The skills take waaay too long to get from picks. If you could keep your picks (and people who have spent them on skills get their picks that they wasted back) then that would make a bit more sense and the game would be actively playable.
