Uff, that was... mildly annoying. Yet, the game felt fun enough for me to play through (and finish in a 2nd try with all coins), with a nice set of simple amusing humor to balance it out. Usually the problem with these games is the repetitiveness of them, forcing you to do again and again and again the same challenge in a level before you can finish (and coins add this to the effect). But the levels were small enough for this to not be too detrimental to the game itself. Bosses even had checkpoints! Nice touch! I only felt appalled at having to dodge bullets with no control over my character, sometimes I just stood still until I took a hit because I can only jump. The lack of Control felt both like a boon (challenge is lowered) but a flaw as well (pixel-perfect-jumps and timing required). But despite minor flaws (the already mentioned reset), I definitely don't think this game deserves anything less than a 4. Jogo fantรกstico e espero que faรงas muitos mais! Obrigado por o partilhares!

I've played PnC since I was very young, they're one of my favorite genres, but this one has quite a few flaws that stand out too much and affect gameplay. For starters, perspective and position is important. Usually the exit is always the opposite of entry, this is not the case sometimes and makes a maze out of something that was supposed to be simple. The exception is when direction is unimportant, or you really want to make the Player confused. The other instance where perspective is awkward, is the use of the ladder. It looks within reach! It should say something about being out of reach. Consider next time the position of the character to solve these unnecessary maze like directions, and, though not strictly a problem here, some sort of highlight of important spots to prevent clicking all over the place. Overall, I enjoyed the game where possible, and if the flaws were cut short, it'd be quite a flawless addition to the genre. Thanks for sharing, and good luck with the next!

Hello, thanks for playing and for your constructive remarks. I am glad that you were able to enjoy at least part of the game. I wrote about the perspective in this game earlier, but lets go a bit further. Take the church for instance. You can enter it through the front door or through the side door. How to implement the first person perspective in this case? Impossible. So, I put the perspective somewhere in the middle, and a bit up, exactly to emphasize it is not a first person view. Also, in that perspective all important areas in the church are clearly visible (which would be way more difficult in the first-person view). I agree with you that a should have hinted the capital of the pillar was out of reach, but I wrongly assumed that the player would have been able to see that from the proportions of the elements in the church (windows, candlestand, altar, etc.)

Cool nifty little game you got here! Still, a lot of things could be improved... The key you get to supposedly unlock the engine? You could make the character say "It doesn't fit\budge!" or something similar; the way it is, it doesn't help much and it looks like it's bugged, until we fidget around a bit. The rest? I don't find the controls of click+option to be very appealing. It takes way too much time and gets old very fast. There's tons of examples of Point&Click here (recommend Hood by Hyptosis) on how it can be done without feeling a chore and slow. If I pick up an item, I examine it instantly, if I examine it, a single click should suffice. As Youbo0 said, it should be ergonomic! Still, good game and amazing art! Thanks for sharing! Wish you a good work on the next!
Thanks for the detailed feedback - all great suggestions! We'll do our best to give you a more streamlined experience in Episode 2!

Wow, this game feels like a breath of fresh air from all the Idles and other simulators that get called games. Just the right amount of hard and felt very natural to pick up and play through. I was curious if it was your first entry here until I noticed you also made "Drifting Among Worlds", another game I very much enjoyed for how fresh it felt. I hope you keep making games and thanks for sharing them! These are all really good and special, love them <3 ; 5/5

I had a hard time rating; 3 feels too low, 5 too high. It's a fun platformer, albeit short and a bit easy. Having read your comments I do suggest you insert the harder levels in a "Challenge mode" for the hardcore players (I'm not one of them myself lel, but if they're already made it'd be a nice addition). Simple yet charming, but the reason I decided not to give it a 5 it's because of the lack of a narrative. It feels like there's something behind it, but nothing really engaging. After I read what's it about it made a lot more sense! It'd be a beautiful addition! Most platformers I love have a strong narrative and through gameplay you are rewarded for your progress with the narrative itself, even if enigmatic in it's meaning, e.g.: The Company of Myself, Fixation, Coma, etc (I simply adore all the composition in "Fixation", hunf!) Perhaps overhauling the game now would be too much of a hassle, but there's always next game! Thanks for the game and good work on the next ones!

Nifty little game you made here! It's short so I could say I don't have much to nitpick about, but I doooo~ 1- You make it clear we should follow the path to the Station, but it is done with repeated messages that stomp on our need for freewill and to explore. It cuts the flow and feels a bit forced. We clearly know we can go eventually, just not yet and also not for a very good reason. Also, although there's not much to know, the path could be used to introduce mechanics like the Phone where it would fit nicely. 2- Typo on 'Ghost "ingrediants"' :p 3- The fetch quest of the drink is a tad... bothersome? Going back and forth getting drinks and cash, until I recalled (reencountered) the right machine (it isn't marked on the map). The 1st is the real issue as far game design goes. I share my opinion because I hope you keep on making games and improve! Final note: The design is charming (many Mother\Earthbound vibes!) and the art style beyond cute! Waiting anxiously for part 2! Cheers!

People might think this is a shitty game, certainly not one of the best but I'd make it a number 2! Very efecaltive to make you shit your pants by laughter.

Sweet puzzle game you have here! Both silly, entertaining, and does punch in a challenge on the later movies. I can't say I've had any technical issues with it as many seem to have had though, perhaps the occasional slowdown, but my PC isn't top notch. I do say one thing on the puzzles that have the telephone: If you fidget around and insist on ringing the same phone, the other one will eventually also ring (if it has a victim bumping into it that is). This led me to discover a bit of a cheating shortcut solution on the last level of Movie 8# eheh!
Hey glad you are having a great time with the game, and I won't tell if you won't about the phone trick ;D

And wow, spending over 16 Million on upgrades so I can have good Weapons permanently, oh boy! Oh oops, I picked up a Bonus Negator! Time to press the End key and end my misery, load the game, and start over again. Yeeey... Sigh... why the heck do we have to grind so much? It's not that entertaining. Seriously, what were you guys thinking here? Mind as well just let us buy the weapons and save us the trouble. Also, the Nuclear missile is not really worth it. My favourite combo is the Blue Laser + Fusion Fire; makes a quite powerful straight forward green laser.

Goddamn it! More often than not, I can't pick everything because the level finishes too hastily. Take it easy, I'm trying to collect turtles' balls here, geez...

Any reason in particular that in level 18 the battery falls off the screen? Or, in case you do pick it up before falling: Why is there an invisible barrier that prevents the red contacts from touching? It makes the level unbeatable. I was forced to see the walkthrough just to check if it was me... doesn't seem to. And, as madmanx261 said, annoying loaders and buttons are indeed a nuisance.

I end up skimming through the game on beginner level just to get extra points to make normal difficulty easier and so on x) The game is very time consuming, but it's also very enjoyable! Certainly an excellent pick-up from Rebuild, that's for sure; in fact, I find it much better even. I've seen someone complain about not being a Turn-Based game, but I differ! With the capability of controlling time, even pausing, it becomes much like a turn based game, reminding me of the time control of the spinoff series of UFO (Aftermath, Aftershock blabla), only with base strategy, and actually good! I like this method quite a lot. Been said, but yeah, the "Cinematics" are indeed funny and do put more of the story on the table, but they're sloooooow as heck! Mainly because you can't skip text boxes. Other than that, I don't see any more issues. I still have to finish it, but it's been several hours of enjoyment 'till now. Totally a 5 from me :)
Hi Armendariz, thanks for playing the game, and sorry of the really late reply. I'm happy you liked the game! Yeah, I do really need to add skip buttons. It's one of the most common feedback I get. I'll try to do that on the next version of this game (assuming I ever get more time to do it, lol).
