Is it just me or does level 4 look a little dirty

i beat the game and didnt get the achievement for beating it :(

is it a glitch when on the last boss if you run into the lower or upper part of the screen you (your ship obviously blows up) get stuck?

i beat the game and killed 20 enemies and didnt get any badges
