Hey MathewM289, i think that perhaps the nanotubes are transported by your hub fleet to another planet where they are needed for construction. You can fix it by stopping building queues that require large amounts of nanotubes, increasing nanotube production to satisfy demand, buy more at the market or just deactivate the option to automatically send resources for queued buildings on the options.
