A save option would take all of the fun out of this game
Yes the randomness get's annoying at times but I think it's good because without randomness you would know what was coming and it would be alot easier (which I wouldn't like) also the randomness teaches you to prepare for the worst.

you get to lvl 100 and you get a star then it resets get to 110 then get a star and reset. ect ect.
