I'm going to add to this list of comments with pretty much the same ideas - I love the game, but the glitches are a major pain. In the middle of a game entire floors started disappearing, the notification of research becoming complete kept appearing over and over and over, and I could not do anything further. Exited the game and now nothing happens with I click the "Continue" game button, forcing me to start over. I love the game, but this is really frustrating.
