On level 58, to get past Doctor Octagonapus, wait until Mr. T has punched Godzilla in the face, then call bullshit on your iPhone and you should get the option to use the freak out option. When Dr Octagonapus jumps out of the fridge, immediately use Freak out and beat him back into the freezer, thus obtaining the cake, which is a lie. The real cake is hidden underneath Chuck Norris' beard
