My only piece of advice would be to make the other Training Attack and Train Defense options worth anything, they should become more efficient than the auto options in terms of gaining attack and defense as you add more energy or something.

I'm not sure if it's intended or if I messed up somehow, but I've been playing this idly for like 5 hours and made very little progress...
