the game is broken, when i try to start i am stuck on a white screen

when i start the game, my browser say "An error occured running the Unity content on this page. See your browser's JavaScript console for more info. The error was: uncaught exception: [object Object] is does not have a type which is supported by SendMessage." and mi save is not load, so i have loose my progress :(
