Mute button should.. Mute. All. Also, there should be some sort of rubble or ruins of a tower once you sell one if you insist on denying building on the spot where a tower has been sold. Aaand; a wavecounter would be nice; the lack of one is surprisingly confusing. A fast-forward button is a good extra.

You can equip your new boots to your head. Or you could wear nothing but a ring as armor (though I prefer a sword, which provides more armor). Helmets work as boots also. Or do you wanna beat enemies with your armor? It's not effective, but... You can do that by draggin any equipped item over any item in your inventory. Gotta love this game.

@Blshna65 Moneyblade's properties increase as the money you're holding increases. If you die and lose money - the moneyblade's stats will decrease.

Perhaps considered exploiting, but still: max. mana regen, then in fight boost mana pool (-not- the UPGRADES mana pool extension), full armada of dragons and the game practically plays itself..
