Spielanleitung
Press W or UP to jump, Press A or LEFT to brake, Press D or RIGHT to accelerate, SPACE BAR to continue, MOUSE CLICK to shoot, Press 1, 2, 3 and 4 to switch weapon.

Just too hard. Took 10 tries to get past the first jump, then no way to kill the monster.
