Solid premise, if lacking in art, but I'd strongly recommend changing the cursor in further levels, even if's just adding a colorful dot to the tip to indicate which part of the cursor "counts" for the game.

Pause button on the keyboard would be useful, my mouse ran off the table and repositioning it killed me. :(
