Spielanleitung
Benutze die Pfeiltasten zum Springen und Laufen. Leertaste, um mit der Schrotflinte zu schießen. Spare deine Munition – du wirst sie brauchen!

Yes, the jumping is problematic. Too quick, plus you run out of ammo too early. Dying by simply touching an enemy isn't reasonable. You should have a health bar that allows you to take at least some damage.
