Spielanleitung
Linkspfeil bewegt nach links. Rechts ist rechts. Leertaste ist Schießen. Einfach nicht sterben!

So the "new twist" is that there is no twist? I played through 5 or 6 levels, and there didn't appear to be anything new to me, much less a twist.
