3/5: Seems like "I Love Traffic" to me, but with more additions such as upgrades. However, some cars crash upon entering the screen. Needs achivements. [+] if you agree, so the dev can fix the glitches.

Not bad, but apart from crashing because of nothing, some cars just ignore their traffic light. Good start, but fix the bugs.
