Is Cave Jhones a nudist or something?

Quinn's Review: Cave Jhones manages to be neither great nor terrible - or perhaps both great and terrible. I love the look of it, with its C64 graphics, and I like the mouse-directed movement. I don't like the lack of any way to speed the little bastard up. I enjoy the whip jumping, but can't stand using the whip to fend off aggressors - theoretically I like the use of reflex-based gaming here, but in practice it's just really fiddly and hard to pull off. I appreciate the music, but I don't actually enjoy it. I don't like the fact that the mouse only reacts to you releasing the click, and therefore you can't make speed corrections to your click moves. I do very much enjoy the way the story and exploration progress. It's a hard game to review. So much I really like, but so much that is just detracting from the fun. It's a very half-and-half game. I would recommend giving it a go; there's enough here to make the playing worthy of your attention. It could just use some refinement.

Wins : nearly nothing. Fails: Alot of things, most noticeably on the first boss, When I click the rock, nothing happens 50% of the time, the other 49% of the time i whip it and it breaks, but i still get hit.
