Use WASD or Arrow Keys to move
Use the left click to fire your main gun
Space to use Meow Missile

1. Lowered Music volume for Main Menu, Gameplay and Game Over
2. Changed colour of building section in level so they are easier to see
3. Edited size of purple boss bullet
4. Edited Hit box radius of purple boss bullet
5. You now win the game after killing the boss instead of collecting the metal
6. The boss kills you instantly if you touch him
7. Camera no longer freezes in place if you reach the boss and before reaching the checkpoint

If what you mean is that you need unity to play this then no. But I did make this small game in Unity 5.3
