Kids with an intellect to be not able to solve anything bigger than 3x3 puzzles shouldn't be allowed to the computer IMO, but be entertained with by playing with them, or go outside.
The concept is old, the (1) picture is cute, the game is easy. Good for kids except for my before mentioned point. I'll give it a 3/5 as there are way. worse. "games" around.

You should add more motives and maybe - for the older kids - add 4x4 puzzle. Despite of this its quite suitable for Kids, but not entertaining for a long time.
