Undead soul made of shadows and wind. Speaks in a breathy whisper

Abilities: Controls wind, and to a lesser degree shadows. Can fly, though is harmless while doing so. Has no solid form and can expand/shrink over large areas, and can become transparent as the wind, or solid as a thick fog. Nearly immune to solid objects.
