Description
A fun casual variant of Chess where the goal is to sacrifice all your pieces.
How to Play
On your turn, click on a piece to see where it can move, then choose a move. If you have a kill(s), you must choose to kill a piece.
Developer Updates
Update 1.0 :
After getting some great feedback from you guys, we decided to release this update.
- Added a mute button
- Fixed crash with going back to AI mode (I think this was the issue with the crash on the Master AI screen)
- Pawns now promote to Queens when they reach the opponents side
- Fixed game not drawing in certain end game scenarios (Bishop vs Bishop is an example)
- In AI mode, now you can be the first or second player. This makes it a bit more interesting.
- Minor: Credits button instead of showing credits on the menu screen
- Minor: In the case of two or more options for a kill, your next choice of the attacker automatically start the kill. More streamlined flow than earlier.

You should maybe have a page that explains all the rules that are different. The "Tutorial" makes you guess. It can be figured out, but maybe a paragraph explaining the concept and win conditions.
Good point. We were going for a minimalistic feel with barely any tutorial but I see no harm in having a button that shows more detail.

Hilarious idea and cute game. Kind of cool to force the opponent to make a move. Hope to see this grow into something more. An idea to add another dimension may be to have missions/in-game badges of some sort like "kill your bishop in 5 moves" or "keep a pawn as the last man standing". Interesting twist on an old game :)
Thanks chovy! I really like those ideas. Will think about adding something similar. Its a free game and so based on how much side project time I can dedicate, I will update the game :)
