Hi, Kongregate sent me about 3 months ago a check of 30$. In France, checks in dollars needs 30$ of charges to be used. So this is really unuseful for me to receive so few money in one check. Is there a way to set the payment “on hold”, or to wait at least 500$ before sending a check ?

Thx

I think you can wait until you want the money, then press a button or something. I can’t really help you more than that, as I have now only about $15 and $25 is the requirement.

Can’t they use IBAN (transfer) instead?

I think they are so overwhelmed with complaints and suggestions and stuff like this that it takes a LONG time. I requested a badge that I didnt get like 4 months ago and still nothing. Screenshot and all.

Hi Pepere – I’m sorry that you didn’t get a response from support – we had some people out at the time you sent your mail and where really behind, so it might have gotten overlooked.

We don’t have a way to hold payments for an extra period currently. Would the fees be less if you used Paypal or Moneybookers? We support both of those. You can change them by going to this page:
