How do i become and Administrator/Moderator!?!

To become an Administrator you Must be employed by Kongregate. If Kongregate if hiring there will be a listing here.
I can’t change my avatar/pic/icon!
Click ‘My profile’ (top right) then ‘edit profile’ (under your name). scroll down to browse and chose a picture on your computer.
My animated gif avatar doesn’t work!
This is because Kongregate limits the size of uploaded avatars, they do not show what the limit is but it should be about 31 KB, there is no way around this.
I can’t get a badge/card!
Check that did you really did what the badge says you to do?
Do you have a green light at the top of the chat?
If the light is red or yellow, or you are disconnected from the chat, you can’t get the badges. If you have a red light, change your firewall settings to allow the latest Kongregate ports.
If you still can’t get the badges, take a screen shot, post it to an image sharing website and email it to feedback@kongregate.com or you can use the new features to report it. found underneath the badge/card and to the right.
There also seems to be an issue with chat not telling you you get the badge, check your badges in a new tab/window to see whether or not you have it.
The digg button or an add loaded in place of my game and chat!
This is a known bug, and unfortunately, they haven’t found the fix yet for it. Usually refreshing the page once or twice will get the game to load. They apologize for the inconvenience.
Every game I try to play a game won’t load!
Download and install the latest Flash Player.
Clear your cache. CTRL+F5 refreshes skipping your cache in Internet Explorer, CTRL+SHIFT+DEL clears your cache in Firefox.

Too many people online and chat crashed. Be patient, it’ll be back.
Help! My chat light is red and won’t turn green!
If you are not receiving badges, and your chat light is red, this may be caused by playing through a domain name that is not www.kongregate.com.
They have many additional domain names and subdomains, and you can also access Kongregate directly through their IP. If the URL you are playing from does not start with “http://www.kongregate.com/” your chat light will remain red and you will not be able to collect any cards or badges.
This means you should not play on Kongregate directly from an IP, at ‘congragate.com’, ‘fb.kongregate.com’ or any other domain/sub-domain other than “www.kongregate.com”
This has probably existed as a bug for a very long time, but they’ve just now pinpointed it. Please do us all a favor and spread the word if you see people complaining of badge problems in chat.

I took some screen shots but i can’t find them on my computer!
Screen shots are not saved automatically with the prt scr(left of scroll lock, above insert) button. You have to open paint and press ctrl+v then save it yourself.
You can download ScreenGrab and your screen shots will be saved automatically, remember to read the instructions for it though.

I lost all of my game save data!
Some browsers remove your save data when you clear your cache.
You were playing on another computer when you saved your game. Save files do not follow you on most games.

The Friends list breaks from time to time, just ignore it and go about your business.
