muliplayer online games

Hey. I want to play muliplayer games.( like Runescape, which i used to play) But they have to be free and you dont have to download them. Any ideas? Thanks.

I’d like to find more of those games too. Runescape gets boring after a while, though. its kinda hard to find browser based games that arn’t text. For me, personally, text games are…dull and boring, they just trick you with those amaxing portraits =/. So, unless you want a text game, i would just download them =)

Well i know it was mentioned here but Kingdom of loathing really is pretty funny, and the adventure quest series are an ok bunch. There all free by the way (money to get better things of course)

oh yeah forgot about adventure quest and the series…well…unless you pay for it, its not worth it =/

I dont know much about games so here is my stupid question: what are text games?

A text game is generally text based. There will be minimal animation, if any at all, and whether or not there are pictures depends on the game. I find that text based games seem to have more compelling stories than animated games, usually because more effort goes into story development as opposed to visual aspects (although, this isn’t true all the time). Unfortunately, though, due to the lack of visual aspects, text based games can get a bit mundane (again, this is a generalization).

If you don’t mind reading a bit, a text game is definitely worth giving a shot.

Oh thanks for clearing that up. I dont mind to read (I love reading.) Text games dont seem to bad. I will give em a shot thats for sure, if they are interesting. Well as i said befor if you know any good mulitplayer games please tell me! :P

if u want a good text game try ninpocho.com its pretty much a naruto text were u take the life of a ninja and work ur way up through the ranks, taxt games may be a little complicated at first but there pretty fun, ooh and schools usually dont have them block too :P there are other ppl playing and there are forums. it’s worth a shot, try it. ooh and u can fight other ppl too… through text o.0

You could try “Archlord”. You must download it, but it’s not a bad game. Ok, it is an Asian Grinder. However, it makes fun. It has got nice graphics, 3 races, 8 classes, good pvp and more. Its an MMORPG, that means you can meet other people everywhere in the game and you can join a group and kill monsters together. I play an Orc Beserker and it’s very funny. ;)

Try TalismanOnline. It’s a pretty fun game. I’m part of a guild if you’re interested. ^^

And Kingdom of Loathing rocks. I used to have a fairly high leveled character, but I forgot the password and had to make a new one, currently.. level 3, is it?
